San Francisco schools, from HeadStart to K-12, colleges, and universities, should prepare students with the skills and knowledge they need to feel smart, sustaining, and prepared for the academic or career path of their choice. We must equitably compensate teachers, treating them as cherished professionals and recruiting even more quality teachers to the classrooms of San Francisco. We must maintain solid infrastructure, involve parents, and offer an expanded curriculum including trades and the arts.
